CPA Endowment Fund of Illinois Appoints 2022-2023 Board of Directors

The CPA Endowment Fund of Illinois, the charitable partner of the Illinois CPA Society, has announced its Board of Directors to serve April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.

“Having served on the CPA Endowment Fund of Illinois’ board of directors for years, I have seen firsthand the many lives that have been touched due to the giving and support of our generous donors. It is an honor and a privilege to now serve as the board’s chairperson as we strive to expand the reach of our remarkable programs,” says Kimberley A. Waite, CPA, partner at Marcum LLP in Deerfield, Ill. “I look forward to working with all the board and staff members to create new ways to continue our mission of paving the way for future CPAs by supporting accounting students, both financially and through mentorship, and inspiring the next generation of young professionals who will guide the CPA profession forward.”

During the last fiscal year, giving by more than 1,170 donors aided the CPA Endowment Fund of Illinois in awarding over $250,000 in scholarships and providing specialized programs to more than 275 diverse and deserving accounting students and future CPAs across Illinois.
